Where do you light the match?
The striking sheet is on the back on ELDSTICKAN small, and on the front of ELDSTICKAN large.
Do you sell refill?
Yes, we sell refill for ELDSTICKAN small. Refill is available in all colours and costs either 30 SEK for one refill or 100 SEK for five refills.
Are the matches scented?
Do you deliver to all countries?
We currently only ship within Sweden.
What does shipping cost?
Within Sweden all orders over 350 SEK include free shipping. For orders in Sweden under 350 SEK we charge 35 SEK per order. Shipping to other EU countries is free for orders over 500 SEK. For orders les than 500 SEK shipping is 99 SEK.
What are your different delivery options?
DHL Express, Bring, and PostNord.
When will I receive my order?
We are doing our outmost to ship your order within 3 days. Normally, you receive your package within 5 business days if you live in Sweden. For other countries within 10 business days.
How do I use a campaign code?
Campaign codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. It’s not possible to add a campaign code after purchase.
Can I track my order?
Standard delivery is not including tracking. If you wish us to send your order with tracking, an extra fee applies.
My order is missing.
If it has been more than 10 business since you placed your order and you still have not received your items, please send an email to email@example.com for further assistance. Please remember to send your full name, address, items ordered and order number.

What is your returns policy?
If you regret or are unsatisfied with a purchase you are welcome to return it to us. As per Swedish law, you are entitled to withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 14 days from receiving your order.
Can I exchange items?
As long as your product is unused and in perfect condition you can send it back for an exchange. Please note that you as buyer will have to pay for shipping (round trip).
I cannot find the style, colour or size I’m looking for.
We are probably out of stock… But keep checking, we are continuously filling up our stock!
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, it can’t, unfortunately, be changed.
