The entire unit’s surface acts as a test button and has a strong warning signal of 85 dB that warns the entire household. The smoke alarm comes with a non-replaceable 10-year Lithium battery, after 10 years it is recommended that you replace your smoke alarm.
The smoke alarm is equipped with a control function to ensure that it is active. This model uses photoelectric detection technology to detect smoke from different types of fires. The device’s photoelectric (optical) detection method senses the environment with its infrared rays. When the alarm detects smoke, it signals with a high and continuous warning signal of more than 85 dB. You can also silence the alarm in the event of a false alarm.
Fire Alarm Dark Grey is equipped with a self-diagnostic function that checks itself at regular intervals to ensure that the unit functions correctly throughout its life. (but it is recommended to test your smoke alarm once a week.)
