Shipping & Returns

Payment

All prices are stated including VAT. The total price in your shopping cart is the total price you have to pay including shipping and VAT. Payments are processed via our cashier and made via Paypal. The transaction is processed immediately. ELDSTICKAN is not responsible for any extra fees that may apply to the consumer, such as VAT / GST or other import fees. If you have any questions regarding your payment or your invoice, do not hesitate to contact us!

Deliveries

We are currently sending to Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands and Finland. Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day and are usually sent within 1-5 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase. If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, we must charge up to EURO 10 for our costs.

But we only ship with Budbee so they only ship to some citys in each country at the moment. 

In Finland we deliver to: Helsingfors, Vanda, Esbo, Åbo, Jyväskylä, Lahti, Tammerfors and Uleåborg. For the rest of Finland you can order here: https://www.butikwillam.fi

In Danmark we deliver to Copenhagen, Aarhus, Nordsjælland, Aalborg and Odense. 

In Belgien we deliver to Flandern and Bryssels. 
All over the Netherlands except the islands.

Damaged goods and complaints

Once you have received your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or faulty. Should the product be faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to info@eldstickan.se According to Swedish consumer law, you as a Swedish customer have the right to claim 3 years after receiving the goods.

Investigation and Open Purchase

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is returned in the original packaging and is in original condition. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it should not be used other than this. When using the right to repurchase / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns

When you return an item, you must notify ELDSTICKAN via e-mail before you return the product, once you and ELDSTICKAN have agreed, the package can be returned. When you leave the package, you must enter your reference number, address and telephone number with the package. So we know where it came from and can replace the right person.

Private and Personal Information

When you order from ELDSTICKAN, we save your contact information so that we can fulfill our commitments to you. ELDSTICKAN will under no circumstances sell / trade or give away your contact information.

Payment / commitments

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full cost of the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. In the event of a faulty item, Eldstickan will cover postage costs.
